We are looking for a confident, energetic and highly organised Sales & CRM Executive who wants to do much more than simply make sales calls.

You will help us build the entire sales and customer relationship system for our fast-growing creative and education brands from managing leads and setting up CRM processes to speaking with potential customers, following up with interested buyers, closing sales and supporting existing customers.

Associate with a recognised design brand with 100,000+ Instagram followers.
Receive meaningful responsibility instead of only repetitive junior-level tasks.
Grow into a Sales Manager, CRM Manager, Customer Success Manager or Business Development Lead as the company expands.

You will not be joining a traditional corporate sales desk where you follow the same script every day.
You will work in a fast-moving and highly creative environment involving interior design, digital education, content, social media, AI, e-commerce and online products.

What You Will Work On:
Speak with incoming leads and understand their requirements.
Call people who have shown interest in our scope sheets, e-books, courses and other digital products but have not completed their purchase.
Follow up with website visitors, enquiries, abandoned leads and previous customers.
Convert warm leads into paying customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Answer product-related questions and help customers select the right product.
Provide customer support before and after a purchase.
Maintain complete lead and customer records inside the CRM.
Create follow-up systems so no enquiry or potential sale is missed.
Help organise the sales pipeline into stages such as new lead, contacted, interested, follow-up, converted and lost.
Track objections, customer questions and reasons for non-purchase.
Prepare basic daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
Suggest improvements to sales scripts, offers, follow-up messages and customer experience.
Work closely with the founders, marketing team, performance marketer and creative team.
Gradually take ownership of the complete sales and customer relationship process.

This Role Is Not for Someone Who
Is uncomfortable speaking with new people.
Avoids making calls or following up repeatedly.
Needs detailed instructions for every small task.
Treats customer support and sales as two completely separate responsibilities.
Does not maintain proper records or follow-up schedules.

Who Should Apply?
Someone who is:
Confident and persuasive on calls.
Comfortable communicating in both English and Hindi.
Friendly, patient and helpful with customers.
Good at understanding customer psychology and objections.
Organised with strong follow-up skills.
Comfortable using spreadsheets, WhatsApp, email and CRM software.
Curious about AI, automation and modern sales tools.
Excited to experiment, learn and take ownership.
Interested in sales, business development, customer success or entrepreneurship.
Hungry to grow with a young and rapidly expanding brand.
Previous sales experience is valuable, but attitude, communication skills, ownership and willingness to learn matter even more.
