Were looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.
At Prozent, we help SMBs & MSMEs automate their daily business operations using AI, WhatsApp & workflow automation.
What will you do?Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Speak with business owners & decision-makers
Understand their business challenges
Introduce our AI & WhatsApp automation solutions
Qualify potential customers
Schedule product demos for the Sales Team
Follow up through Calls, WhatsApp & Email
Maintain accurate CRM records
Achieve daily & monthly lead-generation targets
Who are we looking for?Graduate in any discipline
13 years of experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation or Customer Calling
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Excellent Hindi & English communication
Confident speaking with business owners
Comfortable with CRM & productivity tools
Positive attitude, persistence & target-oriented mindset
Experience in B2B SaaS, software sales, CRM, ERP, automation or WhatsApp Business solutions will be an added advantage.
