Insurance BA 1 :
- BA with moderate knowledge of Salesforce in the Insurance industry, with good CRM expertise.
- Global Insurance experience is Mandatory.
- An experience BA in customer onboarding and process streamlining or process consulting is also a good fit for the role.
- Insurance domain is preferred not mandatory.
Insurance BA 2 :
- BA with Insurance domain expertise.
- Strong transformation background and Global Banking experience is preferred.
- Prefer awareness of Global Banking systems and ways of operating.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders is the key.
