Job Description MIS Executive (French Proficiency)
Location: India
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage operational reporting, data analysis, dashboard preparation, and business reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate with French-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Generate dashboards and performance metrics for management review.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
Data Management
- Consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Validate data quality and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain reporting templates and databases.
- Support business reviews with accurate reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate with French-speaking stakeholders regarding reports and data requests.
- Support operations and management teams with ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and business updates.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, or Operations Support.
- French language proficiency (B1/B2 preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI OR Tableau
- Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Operations Reporting.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
