Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the smooth functioning of our remote learning operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, maintaining records, managing parent communications, ensuring timely fee collection, and supporting the overall student and parent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a relationship officer between parents, teachers, and the organization, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
2. Address parent queries and concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
3. Follow up on monthly fee payments and maintain accurate fee collection records.
4. Maintain and update student databases, communication logs, and other administrative documents.
5. Coordinate with teachers regarding student schedules, performance updates, and parent concerns.
6. Support student onboarding and ensure smooth communication with parents regarding academic and operational processes.
7. Track pending cases, escalations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
8. Prepare administrative reports, trackers, and MIS records as required.
9. Ensure compliance with organizational processes and maintain data confidentiality.
10. Provide general administrative support to management and academic teams.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2. 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer relations, academic coordination, or a similar role.

4. Good organizational, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in the education, EdTech, or service industry.

2. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.

4. Experience in fee collection, customer support, or stakeholder management.

5. Preferred candidate with knowledge of CRM systems and billing tools.
