About the Role

As an L1 Design Support Agent , you will be the frontline support representative for our Design products, assisting customers through phone. This is a resolution-focused role where you'll troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve customer issues while delivering an exceptional support experience.

Position: Product Support Engineer International Voice Process

Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Weekly Off: Rotational Weekdays

Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.

Technical Support experience is mandatory.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support via phone.
• Maintain high standards of ticket documentation, SLA adherence, and customer communication.
• Contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Required Skills

• Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Service Desk, Product Support, or similar software support environments.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow documented processes and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
