About the job
Key responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and candidates.Understand client requirements for maids, cooks, nannies, caregivers, etc.
Coordinate with available domestic staff and match suitable profiles according to client needs.
Share profiles, arrange interviews/trials, and manage follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates.
Negotiate and coordinate salary expectations, joining timelines, and other requirements.
Ensure timely closures and smooth onboarding.
Maintain daily calling records and update data in sheets.
Build strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
