About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates, schedule interviews, and achieve hiring targets.2. Handle parent and student queries, admissions, and follow-ups.
3. Oversee daily branch operations, staff coordination, and class schedules.
4. Maintain employee records, student databases, and administrative documentation.
5. Coordinate with teachers and management to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor attendance, fee records, and pending payments.
7. Resolve parent, student, and staff concerns professionally.
8. Prepare recruitment reports, operational records, and performance updates.
9. Coordinate events, marketing activities, and admission initiatives.
10. Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to schedules.
11. Support overall branch management and organisational growth.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,28,000 - 5,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,60,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 12,000 - 1,80,000 /year

Dhwani Sangeet Mahavidyalaya is one of the most renowned music & art school in Gurgaon. We started in 1991 & it's been thirty successful years of imparting quality music education to young & old alike.
Affiliations- We are affiliated with Indian Classical music from Prayag Sangit Samiti, Allahabad. In western music, we are a recognized Exam Center of Trinity College London. Performances- In order to give stage exposure to our students, we conduct live music performance-jamming sessions every saturday. There are jamming sessions on all festivals & days of national importance. We also conduct an annual day every year. For now, all these are being done virtually to ensure safety during the pandemic.Activity on Internshala
