ABD Talent is looking for a confident and organized Inside Sales Coordinator who can manage inbound opportunities, communicate professionally with prospective clients, and help turn conversations into signed business.

Salary Range: 30,00050,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with decision-makers, negotiating terms, and taking ownership of opportunities from the initial inquiry through agreement.

Work Timings:

• 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST
• US-based working hours; timings may change based on daylight saving time or business requirements

Equipment Requirement:

• Own laptop and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and client inquiries.
• Speak with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Discuss and negotiate recruiting fees, terms, guarantees, and agreements.
• Work toward securing the best possible deal while protecting company margins and client relationships.
• Schedule client calls and meetings when needed.
• Lead introductory and vendor meetings with prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a clear decision is reached.
• Prepare and send agreements and ensure terms are clearly documented.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM updates , including contacts, opportunities, follow-ups, notes, and deal stages.
• Coordinate internally with the recruiting and leadership teams once a new client is onboarded.
• Keep the sales pipeline organized and make sure opportunities do not fall through the cracks.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence speaking with business owners, attorneys, executives, and hiring managers.
• Comfortable leading client conversations independently.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Able to negotiate while knowing when leadership approval is needed.
• Sales, staffing, recruiting, legal, or professional-services experience is preferred.
