Position Overview:

Are you an expert in product design, surface modeling, and digital continuity? Do you want to shape the careers of thousands of global engineers while generating an excellent side or primary income?

We are seeking a 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Expert to design and deliver live online training from absolute foundational concepts to hyper-advanced industry applications.

In compliance with the Pigso Educator Policy, this role strictly requires Live Virtual Classroom Instruction (not pre-recorded monologues). You will guide learners step-by-step through the modern 3DEXPERIENCE single-database interface, transforming them into industry-ready design engineers.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Deliver Live Training: Conduct highly interactive, live online training sessions on 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA, accommodating different global time zones based on your availability.
• End-to-End Curriculum Delivery: Teach a structured pathway starting from the absolute basics (UI, Sketcher, Part Design) up to expert-level applications (Generative Shape Design, Assembly, Drafting, and Sheet Metal).
• Project-Based Learning: Guide students through real-world industry case studies (e.g., Automotive BIW, Aerospace structures, or consumer electronics tooling).
• Assess & Mentor: Evaluate learner assignments, answer live technical queries, and provide constructive feedback on design methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications (Who You Are)

• Education: Masters degree or PhD, completed in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Production Engineering Domain.
• Software Mastery: Extensive industry experience using CATIA on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (specifically apps like Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design (GSD), and Mechanical Systems Design).
• Experience Level: 5 to 8+ years of core industrial design or corporate training experience using Dassault Systmes software.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to explain intricate geometric and spatial modeling concepts with extreme clarity.
• Teaching Mindset: Passionate about mentoring, patient with beginners, and capable of challenging advanced learners.
• Technical Infrastructure: Must possess a high-end workstation capable of running 3DEXPERIENCE fluidly during screen-shares, a stable high-speed internet connection, a crisp noise-canceling microphone, and a high-definition webcam for live sessions.
