We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, connect with potential clients, and generate quality leads for our services.
Key responsibilities
- Make daily 100 connected outbound calls from provided databases.
- Introduce and explain our services to prospects in a clear, engaging manner.
- Identify qualified leads and record relevant details accurately.
- Maintain a call log and update CRM systems with lead status.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for smooth handover of leads.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Required qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle objections and stay composed during calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel.
- Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Nice to have
- Exposure to professional communication and CRM tools.
- Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.
- Friendly work environment.
