Job Description
- Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to Accor hotel standards.
- Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials while ensuring exceptional presentation.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and room status updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
