Preferred Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in Used Car Loans and Personal Loans will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Used Car Loan and Personal Loan enquiries.
• Coordinate with customers regarding loan requirements and documentation.
• Make follow-up calls with customers for loan processing.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan applications and approvals.
• Follow up on pending cases and update customers regularly.
• Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer details.
• Support the team in achieving loan disbursement targets.
• Ensure smooth coordination between customers, banks, and internal teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Used Car Loans and/or Personal Loans .
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of loan processes and documentation.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Target-oriented and confident in dealing with customers.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
