Full Stack Engineer - Python/Golang

Job Summary :Senior back-end-leaning full-stack engineers focus on core platform services, APIs, and security-critical logic for Project Vulcan. These engineers work primarily with Python and Go, contributing to scalable, secure services and integrations deployed in containerized environments.Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and maintain core platform services and APIs for Project Vulcan.- Develop back-end and platform components using Python and Go, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.- Implement security critical logic and support compliance-driven platform capabilities.- Integrate services with supporting tools and platforms deployed in containerized environments.- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to support end-to-end feature delivery.- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.- Produce high-quality, testable, and well-documented code aligned with Siemens standards.- Support peer reviews, shared ownership, and ongoing platform sustainability.Required Skills & Experience :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5 - 10 years of experience in back-end or platform engineering roles.- Strong experience with Python and Go in production environments.- Experience designing and consuming APIs and platform services.- Familiarity with containerized environments and cloud native delivery models.- Understanding of secure software design principles.- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
