About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential clients (companies) looking to hire, utilizing platforms like startup portals, job portals, and networking.
2. Initiate contact via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to introduce recruitment services.
3. Deliver presentations and pitches to HR managers, directors, or CXOs regarding recruitment solutions.
4. Negotiate service agreements (fee structure, payment terms, warranties) and close deals.
5. Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring trends.
7. Work closely with internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful candidate placement.
