We are seeking highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineers to join our dynamic technology team at Zoho, where innovation meets real-world impact. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as a critical bridge between Zoho’s product development teams and enterprise clients, ensuring seamless implementation, optimization, and adoption of Zoho’s suite of software solutions. You will work closely with clients across diverse industries to understand their operational challenges, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver tailored implementations using Zoho’s platform. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Zoho platform implementations.
  
• Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and related tools.
  
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into scalable software solutions.
  
• Conduct system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and Zoho’s developer tools to connect Zoho applications with third-party systems.
  
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to client teams during implementation and post-deployment phases.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
  
• Monitor solution performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend enhancements based on usage data and feedback.
  
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices for knowledge transfer and future reference.
  
• Stay current with Zoho product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation in client engagements.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on enterprise software implementations.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Zoho’s ecosystem, including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Developer Tools.
  
• Strong proficiency in API integration, web services (REST/SOAP), and data modelling.
  
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Zoho Deluge.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients in a consulting or deployment capacity is highly desirable.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
