Responsibilities
- Manage property sales processes from lead generation to closure.
- Handle all aspects of property documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Execute transactional work efficiently, including negotiations and legal formalities.
- Provide exceptional client service and build lasting relationships.
- Stay updated with market trends and property regulations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in property sales, documentation, and transactional work.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
