Responsibilities
Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.
Construction Site Branding: Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites.
Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer need assessments.
Field Sales Exposure: Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
