Our flagship ERP product, openSIS, is a comprehensive Student Information & Campus Management System used by educational institutions worldwide. As part of our product expansion, we are building next-generation AI-powered solutions and are looking for a talented AI Engineer / Generative AI Developer to join our engineering team. Role Overview We are looking for an engineer who can design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions and integrate intelligent systems into enterprise software products. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in LLMs, machine learning, backend engineering, and modern AI infrastructure , with the ability to build scalable AI applications from concept to deployment. Required Skills & Knowledge Generative AI / LLMs Strong understanding of: OpenAI API / LLM integrations Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Embeddings & Semantic Search Vector Databases ( Pinecone / Weaviate / Milvus / Chroma ) Function Calling / Tool Use Multi-Agent Systems / Agentic AI Fine-tuning / Model Optimization AI Evaluation & Guardrails Machine Learning / NLP Experience in: Natural Language Processing Predictive Modeling Recommendation Systems Classification / Ranking Models Data Processing & Model Training Backend Engineering Strong skills in: Python FastAPI / Flask / Django REST APIs & Microservices Database Design Docker /
