About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operational workflows involving Google Sheets, customer data, consultation tracking, and internal coordination.2. Set up and manage WhatsApp communication and automation workflows using tools such as AiSensy, including bootcamp communication, consultation-related messaging, and customer follow-ups.
3. Work with no-code automation platforms such as Pabbly Connect to maintain existing automations and help create new workflows.
4. Coordinate with consultation, sales, and other internal teams to ensure customer and consultant data is correctly updated across different systems.
5. Manage routine company emails, operational communication, and follow-ups.
6. Support online sessions through Zoom, including session setup, video playback, recordings, and other operational requirements.
7. Monitor recurring processes and identify issues in automations, spreadsheets, or communication workflows before they affect customers.
8. Maintain accurate consultant-wise and consultation-wise tracking and ensure data consistency across Google Sheets and other platforms.
9. Create and maintain simple SOPs and documentation for recurring operational processes.
10. Explore AI and automation tools that can help improve internal productivity and reduce repetitive manual work.

9. Prior experience with Pabbly, AiSensy, Zapier, Make, WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, ChatGPT, or similar tools is an advantage, but not mandatory.
10. Fresh graduates with strong technology and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
11. Candidate must have a personal laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
