About the Role

We are looking for experienced Marketing, Sales & Strategy Specialists with strong commercial expertise across product marketing, B2B and enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, market analysis, and strategic consulting.

In this role, you will contribute to a writing-intensive project by producing structured commercial analysis, evaluating strategic decisions, developing recommendations, and translating complex business concepts into clear and persuasive written deliverables.

Your expertise will contribute to training and evaluating next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world professional input.

No prior AI experience is required. Your commercial expertise is what matters.

What You’ll Do

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy

• Draft and evaluate product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Apply provided frameworks and prompts to commercial scenarios.

• Explain strategic decisions and the rationale behind them through clear, analytical writing.

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Assess competitive landscapes and market dynamics.

• Synthesize market analysis into actionable, well-organized written deliverables.

• Apply commercial judgment when evaluating market and competitive scenarios.

Enterprise Sales & Negotiation

• Develop enterprise sales strategies for hypothetical business scenarios.

• Evaluate negotiation approaches and commercial considerations.

• Prepare concise sales proposals tailored to specific scenarios.

Strategic Analysis & Consulting

• Apply strategy consulting best practices to structure recommendations.

• Use structured problem-solving approaches to analyze business challenges.

• Communicate strategic insights and recommendations effectively.

Business Storytelling & Communication

• Translate complex commercial concepts into persuasive, accessible documents.

• Tailor written deliverables to varied business audiences.

• Use clear and compelling business storytelling to communicate recommendations and insights.

Review & Feedback

• Provide constructive feedback on draft materials.

• Evaluate written deliverables for clarity, impact, structure, and real-world relevance.

• Recommend improvements to strengthen strategic and commercial communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a product marketer, B2B/enterprise sales professional, or strategy consultant, ideally within recognized organizations or agencies.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written deliverables such as positioning documents, go-to-market plans, sales proposals, or strategy decks.

• Advanced analytical thinking with expertise in market analysis, competitive assessment, and commercial judgment.

• Exceptional business storytelling and persuasive writing skills, with a strong focus on clarity and impact.

• Experience communicating complex business recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with strategy consulting frameworks and structured problem-solving approaches.

• Advanced written English proficiency.

• Contributors with backgrounds from leading universities or consulting firms are strongly encouraged to participate.
