Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional for our Business Unit Slewing Bearing in India with 5-7 years of experience in Capital Goods Sales involving high-value industrial products or components. The ideal candidate should have exposure to industries & application such as Material Handling, Coal Handling, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Ports, Mining, Infrastructure, Wind, or Defence and be capable of managing the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution and payment realization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities through effective customer engagement.
• Manage the complete sales process including technical and commercial proposals, negotiations, order closure, execution coordination, and receivables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and end users.
• Understand customer applications and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Review and handle contracts, commercial terms, and tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and overseas teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Maintain CRM data and sales reports.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India, with travel constituting approximately 40-50% of working time.

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• MBA will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in Capital Goods or Industrial Sales.
• Experience in products such as bearings, gearboxes, material handling equipment, power transmission products, or similar engineering solutions.
• Exposure to heavy industries such as Steel, Power, Ports, Mining, and Infrastructure.
• Working with global teams MNC set-up will be an added advantage
