About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with strong expertise in managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management, along with strong project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilities.Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and closure.- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.- Coordinate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful Salesforce solution delivery.- Work closely with Salesforce teams on Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management implementations, enhancements, and integrations.- Track project progress, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.- Identify potential delivery roadblocks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution.- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, status updates, and governance discussions.- Ensure effective communication across internal teams, business stakeholders, clients, and implementation partners.- Manage multiple Salesforce initiatives simultaneously while maintaining priorities, timelines, and delivery quality.- Support release planning, testing, deployment, and production stabilization activities.- Ensure project documentation, action items, decisions, and governance artefacts are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.- Drive delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.Required Skills & Experience : - 10 - 14 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Salesforce Project Management / Salesforce delivery.- Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related implementation processes.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Loyalty Management / loyalty program implementations.- Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or releases simultaneously.- Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency management, and governance skills.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, and senior leadership teams.- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to project risks and issues.- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables and coordinate effectively with Salesforce technical teams.
