About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Own the founder's personal brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.2. Plan, create, edit, and publish high-performing social media content.
3. Manage the brand's content calendar and execute monthly campaigns.
4. Design engaging creatives using AI tools and coordinate content shoots.
5. Drive influencer outreach, collaborations, gifting, and UGC campaigns.
6. Build and engage online communities across social platforms.
7. Track content and campaign performance, and optimize using insights.
8. Stay ahead of social media trends to create viral, high-impact content.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn platforms.
4. Experience with Canva.
5. Experience with CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
6. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly.
7. Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.
8. Highly organized and proactive.
9. Passion for fashion, jewellery, or D2C brands is preferred.
