Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and organizing travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.2. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze travel data, helping to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with team members to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve any issues that may arise during the trip.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and destinations to enhance the overall customer experience.
6. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a professional manner.
