Technical Account Manager - QA Engineering

Job Description :We are hiring a Technical Account Manager for a full remote role - work from anywhere in India. Must have strong QA experience and background. Manage multiple customers and solution activities. Liaison between Customer and Engineering.Required Candidate Profile :- Pre-Sales/Solution Capabilities- QA Engineering- Account Management- Enterprise pre-sales & POCs- CI/CD & test automation integrations- RFP/security responses- Escalation RCA & roadmap feedbackQA & Technical Expertise :- Leverage strong QA Engineering and Software Testing expertise to understand customer environments and recommend appropriate solutions.- Provide technical guidance on test automation, QA processes, testing frameworks, and quality engineering practices.- Understand customer CI/CD pipelines and recommend appropriate test automation and CI/CD integrations.- Participate in technical architecture and solution discussions with enterprise customers.- Support technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex customer issues.Required Candidate Profile :- Strong professional experience in Technical Account Management, QA Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutioning, or a combination of these areas.- Strong QA / Quality Engineering background is mandatory.- Hands-on understanding of software testing and test automation.- Experience managing multiple enterprise customers or strategic accounts.- Experience in enterprise pre-sales, solution consulting, and POCs.- Strong understanding of CI/CD and test automation integrations.- Experience handling RFPs, technical proposals, and security questionnaires/responses.- Proven experience handling customer escalations and driving RCA.- Strong client management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented communication.Perks and Benefits :- Fully Remote RoleEducation :- UG : Any Graduate- PG : Any Postgraduate (ref:hirist.tech)
