About the job

1. Manage product uploads, edits, and content updates on the Shopify store backend.
2. Manage product uploads, edits, and content updates on marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Meesho, Flipkart) seller panel backend.
3. Track orders, inventory, and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
4. Liaise with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Handle customer support for queries, returns, and refunds.
6. Process new & exchange orders timely on marketplaces and Shopify store, ensuring that the order is timely produced and dispatched from fulfillment centres within cut-off period.

3. Prior exposure to e‑commerce, retail, or customer service environments is strongly preferred.

4. A background or interest in fashion trends is a plus.
