Lead Full Stack Software Development Engineer - Java/React.js

About the Role :We are looking for a skilled Java & React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, REST APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.- Build reusable and responsive UI components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.- Implement backend business logic using Java and Spring Boot.- Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.- Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other engineering teams.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.- Troubleshoot performance, integration, and production issues.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.Mandatory Skills :- 7+ years of software development experience.- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.- More than 3 years of experience with React.js.- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.- Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.- Strong SQL and database development experience.- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.Good to Have :- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or similar testing frameworks.- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.- Knowledge of application performance optimization and cloud-native development.Education :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Candidate :- A strong candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend, with approximately 6070% backend and 30 - 40% frontend development exposure and the ability to take ownership of features end-to-end.
