About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design intuitive and engaging experiences for Teertham's mobile app and web platform.2. Translate product requirements and user problems into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
3. Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
4. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer journey.
5. Contribute to and maintain Teertham's design system and UI components.
6. Create clear design documentation and ensure smooth developer handoffs.
7. Participate in design reviews and iterate designs based on feedback, usability, and product requirements.
8. Explore AI-assisted design workflows to improve speed, ideation, and productivity.

Other requirements
1. Should have 1–3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
2. Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
3. Experience designing mobile applications and responsive web experiences.
4. Good understanding of UX principles, design thinking, user journeys, and interaction design.
5. Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile startup environment.
8. Experience with AI-assisted design tools/workflows is a plus.
9. A portfolio showcasing web/mobile product design work is mandatory.
