Job Description :We are seeking a highly capable CX System Lead with 10 - 12 years of experience to design, configure, and deploy innovative Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary expert for SAP Sales, CRM, and related systems, helping drive digital transformation, customer-centric initiatives, and revenue growth. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise in the SAP ecosystem, especially SAP SD, SAP Sales Cloud, CPQ, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud. Candidates must be self-starters with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to optimize and enhance CRM and sales processes.Key Responsibilities :- Support implementation and integration of SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, and related SAP CX applications.- Leverage SAP Analytics Cloud to deliver insights and support business decision-making.- Ensure solution designs align with organizational goals and customer engagement strategies.- Provide guidance on system architecture, process improvements, and platform capabilities.- Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend effective solutions.- Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer experience and sales platforms.Education :- UG : B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization- PG : Any Postgraduate- Doctorate : Doctorate Not RequiredKey Skills :- SAP CX System- SAP Commerce- SAP SD- SAP Analytics Cloud- Sales, SAP ecosystem- Analytics Cloud- Marketing, Design- Digital transformation- CRM, Customer experience (ref:hirist.tech)
