Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Central Finance (CFIN), and SAP SLT (System Landscape Transformation) to lead enterprise finance transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the end-to-end Central Finance solution architecture, guiding customers through transformation journeys, and ensuring scalable, secure, and best-practice implementations across complex SAP landscapes.The role requires strong architecture, consulting, stakeholder management, and pre-sales capabilities, with experience in designing enterprise-wide finance transformation solutions across multi-system environments.Key Responsibilities : - Define the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementations across complex SAP landscapes.- Lead solution discovery workshops, business process assessments, and architecture discussions with business and IT stakeholders.- Design scalable Central Finance architectures for Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition programs.- Architect SAP SLT-based real-time financial data replication from multiple SAP and non-SAP source systems.- Design mapping strategies for organizational structures, master data, and financial document replication.- Define integration architecture between SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party applications.- Provide architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices, SAP Activate, and Clean Core principles.- Guide implementation teams during solution realization, testing, cutover, hypercare, and transition to support.- Lead architecture reviews, identify solution risks, dependencies, constraints, and recommend mitigation strategies.- Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, Basis, Security, Integration, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.- Support proposal development, solution estimation, Statements of Work (SOW), and customer presentations during pre-sales engagements.- Provide strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation roadmaps and Central Finance adoption strategies.- Mentor consultants and provide technical leadership across the CFIN workstream.Required Skills : - 12+ years of SAP consulting experience with significant experience in SAP Finance transformations.- Strong expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) architecture and implementation.- Extensive experience with SAP SLT configuration, replication architecture, and monitoring.- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including : 1. General Ledger2. Accounts Payable3. Accounts Receivable4. Asset Accounting5. Controlling6. Universal Journal- Strong knowledge of : 1. SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework)2. MDG Mapping Framework3. Initial Load & Real-Time Replication4. Error Handling & Reconciliation5. Financial Document Replication- Experience integrating multiple SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems into a Central Finance landscape.- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Signavio.- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, finance transformation, and SAP integration strategies.- Experience with SAP Activate methodology, SAP Best Practices, and Clean Core architecture.Preferred Qualifications : - SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP Central Finance certification.- Experience with SAP MDG, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud ALM.- Experience designing global finance transformation programs across multiple countries and legal entities.- Exposure to RISE with SAP and Public/Private Cloud deployment models.- Experience supporting RFPs, solutioning, effort estimation, and customer demonstrations.Leadership & Consulting Skills : - Strong solution architecture and enterprise consulting capabilities.- Proven experience leading architecture workshops and executive stakeholder discussions.- Ability to influence CXOs, Finance Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and Program Managers.- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.- Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional team management experience.- Ability to drive strategic decisions while ensuring successful project delivery.
