Role : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) ConsultantLocation : Bangalore (Electronic City)Work Mode : OnsiteExperience : 8+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-Time, PermanentAbout the Role : WillWare Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) Consultant to design, implement, and optimize personalized digital customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio). The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in building real-time personalized campaigns, integrating Salesforce platforms, and leveraging customer behavior data to drive engagement and marketing effectiveness.In this role, you will collaborate with marketing teams, business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to implement personalized customer journeys across web and digital channels. You will be responsible for configuring Marketing Cloud Personalization, integrating it with Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and eCommerce platforms, while analyzing campaign performance to deliver actionable business insights.Key Responsibilities : 1. Marketing Cloud Personalization Implementation : - Design, develop, and implement personalized customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).- Configure and manage real-time personalization strategies across digital channels.- Develop and deploy Web Campaigns, Triggered Campaigns, and Server-Side Campaigns based on business requirements.- Configure audience segmentation, personalization rules, recommendations, and targeting strategies.- Ensure seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and digital touchpoints.2. Campaign Development & Optimization : - Create, manage, and optimize personalization campaigns to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting strategies.- Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements based on campaign analytics.- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.- Troubleshoot campaign-related issues and optimize performance for scalability and responsiveness.3. Salesforce Platform Integration : - Integrate Marketing Cloud Personalization with Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and other integration technologies.- Collaborate with frontend development teams to implement personalization on web applications.- Ensure secure and reliable data exchange between Salesforce platforms and third-party systems.4. Data Analysis & Customer Insights : - Analyze customer behavior data including click events, page views, browsing patterns, and engagement metrics.- Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to Marketing Analysts and business stakeholders.- Generate reports on campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).- Support data-driven decision-making by identifying customer trends and personalization opportunities.5. Solution Design & Consulting : - Gather and analyze business requirements related to personalization and customer engagement.- Translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Participate in solution design workshops and recommend best practices for personalization strategies.- Estimate project timelines, implementation efforts, and delivery milestones.- Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and new feature evaluations.6. Testing & Deployment : - Perform functional testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.- Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely resolutions.- Ensure successful deployment of personalization campaigns with minimal business disruption.- Maintain deployment documentation and configuration records.7. Stakeholder Collaboration : - Work closely with Marketing, Digital, CRM, Product, and Technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams.- Communicate project status, risks, and implementation progress to stakeholders.- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing technologies.- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).- Experience implementing Web Campaigns, Triggered Campaigns, and Server-Side Campaigns.- Strong integration experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).- Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, and frontend integrations.- Strong understanding of customer behavior analysis, personalization strategies, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics.- Ability to estimate project timelines, implementation effort, and delivery schedules.- Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
