Voice Process Executive - English & Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English and Hindi, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Meet or exceed performance targets related to call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Continuously improve communication and customer handling skills through training and feedback.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Exceptional Communication Skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively in both English and Hindi.
• Proven Customer Handling experience, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent English Language Proficiency, both spoken and written, to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Demonstrated Patience and composure when dealing with challenging customer situations or complex inquiries.
• Strong Verbal Communication skills, enabling clear and concise dialogue with customers.
