Job Description : Role : Lead Business Analyst Akamai WAF & Cyber Security-6+ years-Pan IndiaSummary : We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Akamai WAF, web application security, and cybersecurity delivery management. The role involves leading WAF implementation programs, managing delivery teams, driving stakeholder communication, and ensuring secure deployment of web application firewall solutions across enterprise environments.Location : Pan IndiaYour Future Employer : A leading global technology-driven organization focused on delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions.Responsibilities : 1. Lead and manage cybersecurity delivery teams including Business Analysts, WAF Engineers, and F5 Engineers.2. Drive Akamai WAF deployment, configuration, optimization, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle management.3. Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and risk mitigation activities for web applications.4. Collaborate with program, engineering, and security teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder communication.5. Manage sprint planning, Jira boards, KPI reporting, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements : 1. 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity with expertise in web application security and WAF technologies.2. Strong hands-on experience in Akamai WAF configuration and management.3. Good understanding of OWASP Top 10, web technologies, and security assessment methodologies.4. Experience in project delivery, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management.5.
