Assistant Manager- Finance & Procurement Services (Reporting Analyst)

You’ll make a difference by:

• Regular creation of financial dashboards and project tracking reports to communicate the status of target achievements (PPC reporting core job)
• Distribution of weekly and monthly reports including alignment of measures within the procurement team
• Develop existing dashboards to the next level by using Mendix, PowerBI or other visualization tools (nice to have)
• AI/ML knowledge Good to have
• Creating Material Master Purchase Info record for new material in SAP
• Analysis of the factory purchasing volume, determination of potential savings and proposal of activities to support target achievement
• Establish close cooperation within the procurement team and support in special projects to digitize the processes
• Continuous knowledge development in the area of procurement controlling.

Your success is grounded

• 4years –6 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering)
• Experience with procurement controlling dashboards in the area of factory / manufacturing or comparable knowledge
• Strategic thinking, analytic and strong problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and motivation management
• Flexible working in Night Shift. (This will be supporting for US Region)
• Knowledge in procurement, supplier chain management, logistics or controlling
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and SAP modules
• Fluent English.
