Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Audit Senior Associate to join our Non-Financial Services audit practice. This role involves leading audit fieldwork, supervising junior team members, and delivering high-quality audit services to clients across a variety of industries. The Senior Associate will work closely with Audit Managers and Partners to ensure audits are executed efficiently and in compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute audit engagements for Non-Financial Services clients in accordance with applicable auditing standards (IFRS / US GAAP / Ind AS)
• Plan audit engagements, perform risk assessments, and design audit procedures
• Prepare, review, and finalize audit workpapers in line with firm methodology
• Identify audit issues, assess their impact, and communicate findings to Managers and clients
• Supervise, coach, and review the work of Audit Associates
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and related disclosures
• Coordinate with client finance teams and manage day-to-day client interactions
• Ensure timely completion of engagements while managing multiple assignments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and quality initiatives
• Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, audit regulations, and industry’s best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progress toward or completion of CPA / CA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of external audit experience, primarily in Non-Financial Services
• Industry Focus: Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, Consumer, Technology, Services, Infrastructure, Real Estate (Non-FS)
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (IFRS / US GAAP / Ind AS)
• Experience in leading audit fieldwork and supervising junior staff
• Experience across multiple Non-FS industries and exposure to group audits and consolidation  preferred
