We are looking for ambitious and target-driven Sales Managers who are ready to take ownership of business growth and make an impact through strong field sales performance.
Position: Sales Manager
CTC: Up to 3.45 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales
Your Role
Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory.
Generate and convert new business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Plan and execute market visits and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall business performance.
Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
Maintain regular sales reports and follow-up activities.
What Were Looking For
Graduate candidates.
2+ years of relevant Field Sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good customer relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
Candidates with BFSI, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, or other Field Sales experience are welcome.
