Job description-
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive responsible for supporting account management activities, coordinating with internal teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes auditing salary sheets, payroll records, and factory operations, as well as conducting departmental audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Account Executive will prepare audit reports, maintain accurate documentation, conduct market research and analysis, provide support to senior account executives, and assist in process improvement and cross-departmental coordination.
*Should perform detailed Experience in GST,TDS , Debtors and creditors Reconciliation audits of financial records and operations to ensure accuracy and company
* Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
* Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
* Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
* Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements. According to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
* Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
* Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
* Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
* Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
* Assist with other accounting projects.
* Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
* Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process.
* Conduct follow up audits to monitor managements interventions.
* Advance excel knowledge is must
* Auditing salary sheet.
* May have knowledge of some functions of HR like PF matters.
* Tally knowledge is must
