Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced NodeJS + AWS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development expertise with hands-on experience in NodeJS, Web APIs, SQL databases, and AWS technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Analyze existing functionalities and identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Design, develop, and implement new functionalities through efficient coding practices.
• Develop and maintain backend systems and Web APIs using NodeJS technologies.
• Write optimized SQL queries and manage database-related operations effectively.
• Implement user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments.
• Collaborate with UI/front-end teams for seamless integration of user interfaces.
• Perform unit testing and ensure application quality and performance standards are met.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and technical issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements and updates.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in backend development.
• Strong experience in NodeJS and associated frameworks.
• Experience in working with server backend systems and Web APIs.
• Expertise in SQL queries and database concepts.
• Deep understanding of query optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming concepts and best practices.
• Understanding of scalable application design principles.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience integrating complex user interfaces with backend services.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
