About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Python-based microservices integrating LangChain workflows, OpenAI/Anthropic models, and vector search to build GenAI features.2. Fine-tune or train LLMs for real-world use cases such as recruitment bots, AI note-takers, compliance summaries, and domain-specific AI agents.
3. Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React/Next.js, integrated with APIs using TanStack Query, Tailwind, Framer Motion, and Zod validation.
4. Prototype and implement multi-agent workflows (planner-executor patterns) and evaluate performance using user telemetry.
5. Deploy applications to production on AWS/Azure using container-based CI/CD pipelines, with automated testing and monitoring.
6. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end product value.

1. Proven experience building projects from scratch, such as side projects, hackathon solutions, or startup MVPs (portfolio required; generic clone projects not preferred).
2. Strong proficiency in Python, including OOP, functions, decorators, and async programming, along with FastAPI for RESTful API development.
3. Working knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, RAG architecture, and prompt engineering fundamentals.
4. Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, including CRUD operations, joins, and SQLAlchemy ORM.
5. Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines with an emphasis on automated testing.
6. Exposure to Node.js for backend utilities is a plus.
7. Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and modern React state management libraries preferred.
8. Interest or experience in multi-agent systems, autonomous AI frameworks, or LLM fine-tuning is an added advantage.
9. Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogging in GenAI will be a strong plus.
