About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective business development strategies to generate qualified leads and acquire new clients.
2. Identify potential markets, clients, partnerships, and revenue opportunities aligned with the company's services.
3. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, follow-ups, and deal closure.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
5. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and outreach strategies that support business growth.
6. Guide and monitor the sales team to ensure targets and business objectives are achieved.
7. Represent Coceptual Media at meetings, networking events, industry forums, and other business development opportunities.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, conversions, and sales performance.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
10. Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the company's market presence, client portfolio, and long-term growth.
