The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life. 

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proven expertise in leading recruitment delivery across technology hiring mandates with strong ownership of end-to-end talent attraction and acquisition processes. Demonstrated ability to build and execute talent strategies aligned to business priorities, workforce needs, and hiring timelines. Strong experience in stakeholder management across business and HR partners, ensuring effective alignment on hiring goals and priorities. Skilled in metrics management, using recruitment data and dashboards to track funnel health, delivery progress, and hiring outcomes. Capable of managing and guiding recruitment teams to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
