Advynx is a Performance marketing agency that works exclusively with eCommerce brands. We manage full paid advertising (performance marketing) on all paid channels for DTC eCommerce brands worldwide. We are a small, specialist team, not a generalist marketing agency, so the work here is focused and hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to eCommerce brands that are a good fit for our services (brands already running paid ads or clearly ready to scale)
2. Source leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and cold email
3. Qualify leads and book intro calls for the founder
4. Maintain a clean outreach tracker and follow up consistently until a lead converts or drops off
5. Build and manage a steady pipeline; this is not a one-time push, it's an ongoing process

Work Mode: This is a strictly in-office role based in Ahmedabad (Thaltej). Working hours are 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary:

Fixed: Rs 16,667 to Rs 20,000 per month (based on your interview performance) plus a performance incentive of Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000 per month, based on the new customer revenue you bring to the company.

Other requirements

1. BBA, MBA, or any commerce graduate looking to build a career in business development

2. Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client outreach

3. Strong written and spoken English

4. Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups; rejection doesn't put you off

5. Organized and consistent; you won't lose track of where a lead stands

6. Basic understanding of digital marketing or Google Ads is a plus, not mandatory; we will train you on this

7. Preference for business, marketing, or commerce graduates (BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA)

8. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar outreach platforms

9. Prior exposure to working with international clients or in an export/BPO/agency setup

10. Comfortable working with CRM tools or Google Sheets to track outreach and pipeline
