Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow established procedures, policies, and professional standards while performing assigned tasks.2. Process claims and handle customer calls in accordance with process guidelines.
3. Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and auditing requirements.
4. Take ownership of assigned work and coordinate effectively with team members.
5. Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets.
6. Maintain attendance and punctuality in line with company policies.
7. Continuously develop process-related knowledge and skills.
