About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Procurement Support: Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and generate/track accurate Purchase Orders (PO) for retail project requirements.

2. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Invoice Management: Perform invoice verification and processing within SAP, while tracking open POs and following up for their closure.

4. Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and compliance to support internal audit requirements.
