Model Validation AI Senior Model ValidatorExperience : 7+ YearsLocation : Delhi / Chennai / BangaloreRole Overview :We are looking for a Senior Model Validation professional with strong experience in AI/ML model validation to independently assess Conversational AI solutions. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating model performance, robustness, risks, documentation, testing outcomes, and compliance with relevant governance and regulatory standards.Roles & Responsibilities :- Perform independent validation of AI/ML models, with a focus on Conversational AI, NLP and LLM-based solutions.- Review model design, methodology, assumptions, development approach and documentation.- Evaluate model performance using appropriate validation methodologies, metrics and testing techniques.- Conduct independent model testing to assess accuracy, robustness, reliability and limitations.- Identify, assess and document model risks, weaknesses and potential biases.- Review existing model testing results and challenge model development teams where required.- Validate both in-house developed AI models and third-party/vendor solutions.- Assess models against applicable regulatory requirements, model governance frameworks and industry best practices.- Prepare comprehensive Model Validation Reports, findings, risk assessments and recommendations.- Clearly communicate validation observations and actionable remediation areas to stakeholders.- Collaborate with AI/ML, Data Science, Model Risk, Technology and Governance teams.- Liaise with external AI/model vendors where required to understand model architecture, documentation and limitations.- Track validation findings and support teams in addressing identified model risks.- Contribute to strengthening AI model governance, validation standards and risk management practices.Mandatory Skills :- Model Validation | AI/ML | Model Risk Management | Model Governance | Independent Model Testing | NLP/LLM | Conversational AI (ref:hirist.tech)
