Senior Vice President - Technology - SaaS Platform

Job Description :Role : SVP Technology - SaaS, AI & Product EngineeringWe are looking at an AI-savvy technology leader who can both set the technology direction and drive execution. You will own the technology strategy, architecture, engineering execution and technical evolution of Client's SaaS platform. You will work closely with the CEO, Product and Business leadership to translate business strategy into a scalable technology roadmap and ensure disciplined execution. This is a builder's role with full ownership of product engineering, architecture & deliverySkill Sets / Requirements :- Own engineering delivery across the product lifecycle - from architecture, development to release & production- Establish technology standards around architecture, APIs, data, security, observability, engineering practices and drive AI-native development practices across engineering- Lead a high-quality engineering team of ~150 people with strong accountability for timelines- Create a culture where AI tools are standard practice, not an experiment - where engineers ship more because of how they work, not because of how many they are- Strong understanding of modern AI/LLM technologies, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, APIs, databases, security, DevOps and multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure- Current tech stack - Golang, React, ReactNative, PGSQL/MySQL/Mongo DBExperience :- 15+ years (5+ years in core technical leadership roles in SaaS / Cloud product engineering)- Hands-on with AI-assisted development and should have personally used Claude/Codex/Cursor in your own workflow - and not just evaluated them for your teamAbout Us :Our Client is one of India's largest, on-premise ERP & accounting software company, enabling 300,000+ businesses to manage their back-office operations and GST/VAT compliances efficiently.
