Job Description :We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with an M-shape profile to join our engineering team. With 8+ years of experience, you will own the design and delivery of complex, end-to-end features architecting robust Java-based backend services while crafting high-performance, user-centric React frontends. You will play a key role in driving technical standards, mentoring engineers, and contributing to architectural decisions across the full stack.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, following microservices and distributed system principles.- Build responsive, accessible, and performant frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript best practices.- Own end-to-end feature delivery from database schema and API design through to UI implementation and testing.- Architect and review solutions across both frontend and backend, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability.- Design and optimise data models across relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development with a strong command of Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js.- Proven ability to design and manage microservices architecture in a distributed environment, ensuring system scalability and fault tolerance.- Proficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs, with a deep understanding of web security standards and performance optimization techniques.- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices, enabling efficient and reliable software delivery in an agile environment.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative team setup.
