Senior Java Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full technology stack, including Java backend development, React frontend, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance applications while following Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS.- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Data JPA.- Develop responsive, reusable, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Integrate applications with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka and cloud services on Microsoft Azure.- Work with MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.- Implement and maintain microservices architecture and API gateway integration.- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and automation initiatives.- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Required Skills & Experience:- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful APIs.- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Experience working with Microservices Architecture.- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.- Good understanding of MS SQL Server and relational database concepts.- Familiarity with Kubernetes, MuleSoft, and API integration is an added advantage.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in the Financial Services/Banking domain.- Strong preference for candidates with ReactJS experience over other front-end frameworks.- Exposure to cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.Why Join Us:- Work on modern cloud-native enterprise applications.- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies including ReactJS, Spring Boot, Azure, Kafka, and Kubernetes.- Collaborative Agile work environment with opportunities for continuous learning and career growth.- Opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
