About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.2. Handle email correspondence- drafting, replying, and flagging priority items.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itinerary planning.
4. Maintain and organize documents/files, both digital and physical.
5. Prepare basic reports, summaries, or presentations as needed.
6. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Liaise with clients, vendors, or team members on behalf of the employer.
8. Assist with expense tracking and basic bookkeeping.
9. Run errands or coordinate logistics for meetings/events.
10. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
